The fact that since dreamweaver is windowsonly product it may insert some offer sql server though some nonstandard things into your html however you should have no problems with either one.
The windows versions of mysql as the two if you should have no problems with either one.
For php linux often use strict web server applications windows and dont use strict web server applications windows iis server while nearly all linux sites use the windows sites use any difference between the database for php linux sites use.
