For web host with some subdomain if you going to the right place good your best bet is just buying nice simple shared hosting plan for web host with some subdomain if you site runs.

The host I use is 000webhost.com
It is completely free without any advertising. You get 250 MB of disk space and 100 GB bandwidth. They also have cPanel control panel which is pretty cool.
