You dont need that, go with any host!
Manually submit your site to google
and then in the html add this
but use your keywords, its one of the best ways of getting high rankings, thats how google searches for sites and gives them the top ranks

You do not need to pay anybody to get your website listed in google, just submit it yourself, godaddy web hosting sucks, I moved to another web hosting provider you can also give them a try.

The cheapest best way to do more professional search submissions as extras which cost little more but never found the cheapest best way to go about it imo if you dont want to.
The use in those theyre the top search engine submission that submits your domains to go about it all manually.
