My only problem is that I don’t have a credit card.
I know Go daddy accepts pay pal to register a domain name.
Is there a web shoting site that accepts pay pal as well?

I know TeraByteWebHosting accepts Pay Pal. Also at the moment they are offering 1 year Unlimited Hosting* for £3.49 (around $7). Usually £14.99 a year (around $30)
